Shoot me, stab me, beat me, just dont Bore me.

All the shit thats happened in my life theres one thing thats always got me through it. That one thing? Exercise.
No matter how fuckin shit things are going in my life, I can hit the streets go running for an hour and my minds clear.
It helps slow my mind down. Not to mention the incredible endorphin rush. My mind travels very fast and my energy levels have always been very high. When these energies dont get outlet, I aint a fun person to be around, usually get headaches, cant sleep, that kinda shit.

We go out to a Bar to get drunk, to change our neurochemical state.Take drugs, have sex.
But exercise is so natural, so easy and actually in many cases the cheaper option. This may seem extreme if not for exercise god knows how I would have ended up. For this gift im truely thankful. Everybody as that certain something, that keeps em sane!

You can also gain control over your xxx. Power? Give me a gun please. The only Power I wish to see in people is self control.

Taking control over your sexual urges is perphaps the greatest challenge, specially for a male.

I myself have successfully managed to achieve this!

Well said, Hard to pick very true.

Those who can achieve goals challenging themselves through Physical exercise grow mentally also. Thus the link between a powerful body and a powerful mind.

My oldest boy is turning 15 soon. When he first entered middle school a few years back he was entering his first hostile environment. I figured to let him move through it. Fewer things will make or break kids like this. He's got a strong character and it was time that he begin to put his back behind it. Sometime in his second year some friends of mine got together and we gave him his first set of weights and a printed copy of "Iron and the Soul" by Henry Rollins.

He learned a few things during all this. Lessons I learned at the same time in my life. Some days, the worst days or I should say on those days where the rest of the day is mostly filled with disappointments are the days where the workouts or the runs are the best. It seems that there's not much the world can force on you that cannot be undone to some extent by the physical exertion, the sweat and the test of force. Through this we change ourselves. Through this change our interactions with the outside world change. Through this we change our world.

Holy crap! We have blog signatures?!?
